I used to inflate a lot but ive had some recent health issues that prevent me from doing it the “traditional” way. As a result ive focused in on getting my capacity up for food/liquid, along with orally inflating where I can.

🍚“How do you do rice bloats?”
I parboil my rice which is where u cook till 75-80% done. You can use the stovetop but I use the microwave. Per each cup of rice you do use 1.5 cups of water. If it's your first time, use only 1-1.5 cups of rice.
Cook in the microwave in a plastic bowl for 7-8 mins. Using an oven mitt, as soon as it's finished place the bowl under cool running water.
Mix the rice with a fork so it cools evenly. After about 5 mins of this, I like to leave a little water in with the rice so it's easier to swallow. From there, take a spoon and gulp down each spoonful with WARM water… as much water as you need to get it all down. Be sure to. take your time and don't rush it, the swelling will take place before you know it 😉 gradually increase the rice portions as needed as your capacity grows 🎈🎈🎈🍚🍚🍚🎈🎈🎈
🍰“How do you do cake shakes?”
Check out the tag #gaining advice on my blog. But heres my simplified guide;
You can use a blender but just a cup and fork to whisk everything together works perfect too. And to avoid flour sickness, heat up your cake mix either in the microwave or toasting it on a pan. This will bake the flour and ensure you wont get sick. I personally have never gotten sick from cake shakes and don't do this🤣 but u should just to be safe!
Use the biggest cup you have, although if it's your first time just make about .5L (average coffee mug portion). Mine is 2.5L
Take store bought cake mix (whichever is the cheapest, I use philsbury) and empty half the mix into the cup. First timers just use ¼ of the mix. From there I like to slowly add in some warm water, whisking with a fork as it's added. The warm water helps activate the baking soda. Then add in milk and heavy cream, as much as you have and add as much as you want. Mix again, make sure it's all incorporated. Let the shake sit for about 10 mins, this allows the flour to hydrate and swells you more in the end. I like to drink a sip of water after each sip of cake shake, otherwise ur gonna be clogged up for days and wont be able to use the restroom normally…. trust me😅🤣 again just gradually increase your portions and add extra things in it if u want. I don't hav exact measurements for anything, as the availability for all the ingredients (especially heavy cream) varies for me. Water, cake mix and milk does the trick for me
