So, basically, I hate to do this kind of thing but have to in this case. Tug is an excellent looking game on kickstarter right now, and not quite making its goal. It’s pretty much like if you took Minecraft plus an emergent storyline plus character progression. Oh, and the whole thing is in voxels with graphics smooth as butter. The team is about 80% PhD scientists with degrees in stuff like sociology, who are going to develop a system of emergent storyline that meshes with the proceedural generation of Minecraft-like infinite worlds. I think it’d be grand if they managed to get the funds to make this amazing, freeroaming, ambitious game. So all I can do is back them once and try to let others know about how great it looks. Sorry though, since I hate adverts.
