Huge thank you to @gds-worblr for bringing up we've gotten another poster revealed at the Annecy Festival! So let's have them both together and compare them!
First thing to note is Chrysalis and Gabriel both look unchanged, but what has changed are Ladybug and Chat Noir's positions and expressions.
Right away this almost looks like a before with the Annecy Festival poster and the one they dropped days before on their socials as the after as they ready up to battle. Or it could be the reverse given how we've been seeing how the secret has been playing out as of late.
Instead of angry Chat has a look of shock and fear. He also has his weapon lowered further emphasizing he's more shocked than scared. Chat by this point for sure would most likely have his bo staff out in a way to protect him and for sure Ladybug even if he's frightened. Something he's proven in the show time and time again.
Ladybug meanwhile, doesn't have her yo-yo out as her own expression is in shock and fear as well. Except her hands are open in a way when you're not just startled, but when you've been caught. You know the whole "Hand caught in the cookie jar" sort of thing. And we the audience know that could mean one huge thing for her to be caught for.
So, this may mean that Season 7 truly will see the Lie be revealed to be that, a lie. Considering the fact we have Chrysalis and Gabriel behind them, it may be hinting what many people have been theorizing. That unfortunately for Marinette and Adrien the lie could very much be revealed by the worst person to do so.
Not Marinette or Ladybug herself, not Alya, not Nathalie, not Felix or Kagami... But the one person who would use this lie to happily inflict as much pain as she can to not just Mari, but to Adrien as well. Because if Adrien is heartbroken, then that only hurts Marinette more. And Lila would want nothing more than to hurt Ladybug and Marinette more than anything thanks to her obsession with her.
Lila may truly cause chaos doing the opposite of what she's done since she's been introduced. Reveal the truth...
And if we take into the idea that the poster on the right is the after when the lie is revealed, Chat being absolutely furious would make sense. Complicated feelings of his father aside Adrien still loves him. She's essentially tarnishing his name, speaking ill of the dead. Considering he's seemingly made "Peace" about who his father was thanks to Lady Chaos, he won't take kindly to it. But more importantly his love and trust for Ladybug. Chrysalis revealing such a thing, essentially saying Ladybug lied to Adrien, to Chat, to the entire world about who Gabriel was? How could he not be furious? He'll see it as Chrysalis being cruel and just wanting to tear them apart and he won't let it happen.
That would also explain Ladybug's expression. Her weapon is out and she's ready to fight, but her expression shows she's not all in it. She's probably absolutely growing with guilt and horror at not just the truth bring brought to light, but how Chat is defending her.
Because he's wrong, Ladybug did lie. And yet here he is defending her as if she hadn't done just that.
Again I could just be overanalyzing these, but I will say it does look like we are getting something big for season 7 for both Ladybug and Chat Noir. Along with the fact that the lie absolutely is going to come out at some point, the biggest question is will it happen in the Season 6 Finale?
Or is this hinting we're going to get full fledged reactions from both of them in Season 7? Because honestly considering we've spent a whole season building the tension with the lie we absolutely deserve to see Adrien's full reaction and the consequences of the Lie itself.
Season 7 feels like it is going to be absolutely intense...
