I've been learning about the armor of God and spiritual warfare, like taking our thoughts captive--which has been great! But the other morning I was just so tired that I prayed something like "LORD, You're gonna have to carry me, because I'm kinda struggle-bussin' it today" lol. It was a short and simple prayer, but I felt comfort, peace, and encouragement. I'm grateful that God is more than happy and able to scoop me up and carry me when I don't have the strength.

Romans 5:20 says "The law was brought in so that the trespass might increase. But where sin increased, grace increased all the more."

I've been feeling a tug to make and share more art inspired by Jesus as I grow closer to Him. The tug really started like a year and a half ago or so I think? I kept kind of pushing it off and wrestling with it, but as I've been growing closer to God and experiencing Him in my life, I've had a stronger desire to devote all aspects of my life--including my artwork and socials--to God and sharing His love. The closer I get to God, the more every other topic pales in comparison. I've kinda felt like putting the pencil down in regard to drawing fanart and fantasy (e.g., G/t) so I can devote my art 100% to God. Not sure if that's actually God's plan for me but I figure it couldn't hurt to just try it out for a while.
