i am currently a really crap friend. selfish in all the wrong ways. i am trying to find my balance again. between all about other people and self preservation.

i am in the middle of making shit work choices. i know i shouldn't be taking part in this project that is currently taking up 90% of my time and bringing in like 10% of the income. but i'm still finding the balls to walk away.

i hate the fact i can see where i'm going wrong in life but for some reason i can't find the time to fix it. i procrastinate like a baws online and that is a lot of the problem. i need to pull myself toward myself and man the fuck up.

i've used almost 13gb of my 15gb monthly bandwidth. mostly on non work related shit. like watching dr who, x files, top gear and qi online.

i've started weighing myself. i never do this. i don't care what i weigh as long as i feel good. the numbers are starting to control me. must stop.

there's currently a family issue which i've been put slap bang in the middle. need to find my voice to remove myself from it entirely.

and i'm about to drive to the local 24 hour garage to pick up 2 cans of sugar-free red bull. 

suffice to say i have a shit tonne of work to do before monday 8am.
