🇺🇸⭐️What amendments in the US constitution does age verfication violate?⭐️👇

This post will also be educational for people in and out of the US, so stay tuned!

I got inspired to make this because @flare4688 told me that Nebraska blocked age verfication on the First Amendment grounds. A few other states have done this, too.

So that leaves the question:

What amendments does age verfication violate?

- The First Amendment (Free Speech and Expression

☆ The First Amendment protects your right to speak and to read or watch information. If age verfication is put in place that blocks all of that for everyone.

- Fourth Amendment (Unreasonable Search and Seizure)

☆ The Fourth Amendment protects you from unreasonable searches and seizures. This amendment is violated when age verification requires handing over sensitive data.

- Fourteenth Amendment (Equal Protection and Due Process)

☆ The Fourteenth Amendment guarantees birthright citizenship, protects against state violations of civil liberties via the "Due Process Clause" and requires states to provide equal protection under the law for all individuals.

☆ It also requires laws to clearly state what conduct is prohibited. Some courts have found that some age verification is unconstitutionally vague, which it is. That is why the US is having problems with kosa/kids act/other age verfication laws in the US. because they do not clearly explain exactly how platforms must comply or what data they must collect.

If they put age verfication in place, they are violating the amendments. The US is no longer a place of democracy, freedom, and laws when the government keeps breaking it all!

Remember, these are how states are putting these laws in. Sneaking them in like a bunch of evil cowards!
