Ain't Lost, Just Wandering

The usual, Turkey or Ham, Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Green Bean Casserole, Cranberry sauce, and tons of desserts. If you would like to volunteer, that would be great! There will probably be a selection.

I would like to volunteer and so would my girlfriend. We are both from England and it’s something we don’t normally celebrate. This way we can give back to others. 

I have to trim mine for work. Otherwise, I would probably keep it at a good length. Not too long, but long enough that it still looks good. Mine hasn’t been bad at all, just filled with work.

I have to do the same for work. If I have to wear a mask it can become irritating. Work isn’t a bad thing. You have to remember to have some fun. 

Well, technically, someone else is doing it, I just sit there and proide the face and the hair for them to play with. Oof, I felt like Ronald. Have you ever blown your nose so often that it starts to not even feel like your nose anymore? Oh, you don’t celebrate Thanksgiving? Well, I guess the holiday itself is built on awful things in history but I do usually take the opportunity to reconnect with people. It’s nice of you to do that though. 

Does it not get tiring though? To constantly have someone proding at you? I have had moments like that, where your nose feels raw and it hurts to blow it. Thankfully I haven’t had one of those colds in a long time. It isn’t something celebrated back home, but I am going to go down to the fire station and volunteer. 

Aww, thank you, Callum! Two hours in the hair and makeup chair will do that, for sure. They even managed to cover up how red my nose was from that cold. I swear, I felt like Ronald McDonald. But I am feeling better now. Ah, are you working too hard as usual? I hope you get Thanksgiving off at least?

I don’t know how you can manage to do hair and make-up for two hours straight. I think I would lose my ind. You cannot tell you look that Ronald. Though, if you did, you would still look beautiful. I am working hard, that doesn’t change. I don’t know. I don’t celebrate it, so I might work to let someone else be with their family. 

I appear, in every sense, a damnation and an omen, cursing all around me in my despondence. I repel others, and there is a cause for it.

Elfie you are speaking gibberish. You are not cursed. I am still here. 

So I’ve been feeling a little under the weather this past week. Nothing major, just a serious sniffly cold plus the current state of affairs just felt like it was weighing me down so I decided to take a little break from the site. I did however, get to do this really cool photoshoot the other day and I felt a little like I was thrown back in time to the 1960s yet it felt weirdly familiar. Another tumultuous and remarkable decade. How are you all doing? I’m always here if you want to talk about anything, so I don’t know, come chat! 

Had to say goodbye to the beard earlier this week, afraid it was getting too long. Not even three days and I have a half past 5 o’clock shadow. How is everyone’s week?

I…  You must not have me as company. Those who do have a tendency to expire.

I would like to believe that when my day comes, it comes. You have no factor in that. You are hurting, and I am here for you. 

I currently appear to possess a brooding that favors silence. There is daylight, and cloudbursts seem most fitting of my current disposition. I must not waste your time with my waffling.

Shouldn’t I be the one deciding if you are wasting my time or not? I would not have asked if I didn’t want you to talk to me Elfie.
