Called to Be Different

Why, my soul, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise Him, my Savior and my God.

When you’re tempted to give up… don’t let the devil fool you. This is the time when you need to push harder in prayer and stand firm in faith. You’re nearer than you think.

Thankfully, it is God’s grip on me- not my feeble grip on Him- that keeps me safe in the fold of His love.

It’s better to be in the center of the storm with Jesus than anywhere else without Him.

EVERYTHING God allows in the valley is with purpose. Every situation is permitted, so that you might grow in faith. Know this: God doesn’t allow you to travel through the valley any longer than what is absolutely necessary to accomplish His purposes in and through you. If you’re still in the valley, there’s still work to be done. And it’s here in the valley where God has your full attention.
