I've 100% replaced free acrobat with the firefox built-in and it works wonderfully for general office use and research/reading/viewing. It doesn't have robust redaction capabilities, but if you need to fill and sign and highlight a form it's actually much more intuitive than acrobat reader.

I have mixed feelings on Raggedstar, I think he's a pretty decent abuser character who manipulates Yellowfang in realistic ways and you can clearly see how he would think he's in the right and a victim without agreeing with any of that but also Yellowfang's Secret is a book for kids, they should have made it a bit more clear that what he's doing is wrong so the kids at home can see and understand these abusive tactics as bad and be able to recognize them if they're done to them in real life and not think that they're okay to do to someone. I honestly kind of like him as an antagonistic/morally wrong character even if a lot of his relationship with Yellowfang was very rushed and could have been handled better but there's a lesser version of the issue with Spottedleaf's Heart where the POV character mostly thinks that this is all fine (it's realistic for an abuse victim to think that) and then the narrative and other characters don't do enough to make it clear to the young impressionable kids at home that that's not right. Even just someone (Rowanberry maybe?) trying to warn Yellowfang and her getting defensive and shoving them away and rationalizing Raggedstar's behavior in her head would have gone a long way.

"why do men watch porn instead of just having sex with their girlfriends?" is already silly for numerous reasons, but seeing it being used as like. a feminist talking point is so crazy to me because like of the implication that being in a relationship means being available for sex all the time, which you know. doesn't feel great for women i think.
