The way his wings grow he needs assistance in freeing them (usually surgical intervention, which isn't great but with instant health and healing potions they can do it without TOO much risk) (inspired by a fic if anyone knows the one i'm thinking of please link it), but once they're aware of the issue it's not too much of a problem—

Except during AVA s3. It's kind of hard to get surgical intervention when you're in a pseudo-apocalypse... unless we see a established holdout I'm gonna say he probably has a similar thing happen with more consequences!

also on the topic of alan being a new avian. he's also really bad at controlling his body language past his actual body so he very often will threat posture things he's unfamiliar with/scared by. this makes him a terrible liar and also makes it very clear something is weird about him but king isn't one to pry.

he also keeps threat posturing king for a while when he finds out he almost killed the cg (his flock) but the two eventually learn to get along! alan is pretty forgiving considering he Also did that

i've thought about a stick!noogai untitled crossover that's basically just exclusively the Terror Siblings have to help their traumatized sibling and Everything Sucks For Noogai Forever

untitled is actually NOT a darker color than noogai! it is something i use exclusively to differentiate them! they do have blue eyes though

reaper IS however paler! sticks who have lost a lot of blood appear paler until they either recover or get a transfusion, and seeing as reaper is unkillable and most likely not getting any medical help... yeah :(

initially this was an au where dark got redeemed but well. look at canon right now i don't think dark redeemers are winning right now LMAO

the difference between untitled and reaper is that untitled raised Dark and Chosen! reaper got caught in the PC explosion and would have died if not for him being immortal

did i mention before this post that untitled can't actually be killed also. i had a headcanon that there was a very specific way hollowheads can be killed that was kind of shattered with dark but yeah untitled just is immortal. sorry idiot live forever

this is a similar concept to the untitled-noogai crossover i tossed around for a while! for simplicity let's call him noogai and IRL noogai alan.

it's very likely that if this happened at the same time as usual stick!noogai (during the first appearance of victim) Alan would try to kill him, which. assuming he can't die... well.

victim would pretty quickly resolve to get the both of them the fuck out of there! i don't think they'd know who he is and he definitely wouldn't tell them, and besides, it doesn't really matter when they're both fighting something that wants them both dead.

of course, finding out later on would cause a lot of turmoil for victim, but i don't think they'd truly feel able to hurt noogai himself. he's already received a very fitting punishment and probably is already permanently injured from his time in the PC.

if we went with the timeframe untitled is in, though, chosen would probably take him under their wing and try to protect him to the best of their ability! alan is wary of this new stick since chosen nearly wrecked his pc, so noogai probably ends up in a similar situation.

Dark i think would also genuinely care for him and want the best, but that unfortunately only drives their desire for revenge and ruling the world further. nothing can hurt you if you're on top, right?

the CG i think is considered one big very complicated flock! it's more the kid's decision than the adults though, but King and Alan are happy to see them making friends.

Purple usually still defers to the older avians (King and, when applicable, Alan), but she still has her normal rebellious streak too. There's not really a classic hierarchy either, but usually the others at least defer to the adults.

And yeah :( i could absolutely see that. Later their 'replacement flock' comprises of Vic and eventually the infected sticks, but it's no replacement for a real flockkne. It would still kill them, albeit a lot slower... and they could go to another flock, but they couldn't ever imagine not being at the top.
