Naur, they wouldn't have been putting resources into making a miniature robot like that. Mostly because i think its more spooky for the humans to find the mechanical life outside so alien and, especially scary. Word traveled quick between bunkers that robot life was breaking into their homes and making entire bunkers 'disappear' (they didn't know what happened to them after communication was cut off) before the remaining ones cut off communication completely fearing that the robots were picking up on their transmissions. (Which, to be fair, they were) so humans are especially scared of robots in recent times.

It's highly illegal to mess with them, mostly because of the mass human casualties that happen every time in response to bunkers being opened up. Even in the best case scenario of it being opened with a sterilized tent above it and no disease wiping through the humans below, whatever that forced them to hide in the first place tends to come back and wipe out the rest of them whenever that many humans are gathered on the surface at once.
