Unless I have absolutely no choice I will no longer go to @timhortons . The decreases in both quality and service make it more appealing to go anywhere else, even at the cost of convenience. @mcdonaldscanada , for the most part, is consistent from location to location. I know I am getting a napkin and that my order will more often than not be correct. I have the exact opposite experience at @timhortons. I am not surprised that they are no longer Canada's favourite. There, done my rant for the day.
