Full Perm Eyeball Textures (L$49)
Eyeball textures for jewelry, clothing decor, animal eyes, and other applications where full-reso...
Set of 39 full perm textures (there's a link to a free sample pack too). I made these for jewelry that will be uploaded soon and decided to share the textures as well. 256x256px eyeballs with three levels of red veins from fairly subtle to striking.
Solitaire Ring - L$49
Demo link:
https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Solitaire-Ring-Demo/28439165
Simple solitaire ring with a 4-prong setting. Unrigged. Works with classic avatars and Maitreya LaraX, will probably work with other mesh bodies (resizer and repositioner are included, and it's mod/copy anyway so it can be manually manipulated) but please try the demo first.
Apparently having social media is a big deal, and I'm not into social media except for Tumblr and Reddit, so my compromise is to make a sideblog for Second Life stuff.
I'm still learning and trying to build good habits and good practices early. Right now I'm still focusing on rezzables, textures, and unrigged avatar accessories. My plan is to venture into simple rigged accessories soon, if I can get a suitable devkit. If necessary I'll practice on one of the free or easier-to-get kits to have more to show before applying for the ones I want. The ultimate goal is to make mesh clothing, hopefully in 2027 or 2028.
I'm selling current items fairly cheap because I don't really have a brand with marketing stuff yet and am still working out some of the kinks with HUDs and scripts. The earring sets are a bit underpriced; I'm fine with that, since this is mainly a hobby and I charge to earn spending money within SL. I'm pretty happy with the recent offerings, most of which are, like, attempt #3 or #4. The faceted gems in particular were a pain but I finally got them working and really like that that set looks normal even on LOD factor of 1 (2 is better, of course; on principle I will not raise it above 2 for everyday).
I started making my own items partly because I was so dissatisfied with what's on offer. There are some really nice clothes, jewelry sets, etc. out there but there's also a LOT of slop, and a lot of things that look nice but are very poorly optimized. Wading through all that is hard! I also flinched seeing the LI of most buildings. So I started out with end tables and other super easy stuff awhile back (seriously, end tables are the place to start once you can manipulate cubes in Blender) and have been expanding from there.
I'll be putting product updates and other stuff here.
