Vegan low cal punjene paprike/stuffed bell pepper recipe! (192)
I made this for me and my mother and she really liked it and she doesn’t even know that it’s low cal! It’s really filling and so tasty!
Ingredients
2 bell pepper (400 g) -104
158 g cooked basmati rice -191,2
48 g black beans -43,2
19 g corn -14,6
30 g onion -12
15 g salsa -4,8
3 g sriracha -3,3
1 garlic clove -6
1 tsp oregano -4
Wash, cut of the top and scoop out the seeds from the bell peppers.
Fry the onion and garlic in water, add in the rice and then put in all the other ingredients to the frying pan, if it’s to dry add some more water (not oil!)
Fill the bell peppers with the ricemix and bake it in the oven at 175 celsius/350 fahrenheit for about 25-30 minutes or until the peppers are softened and then, enjoy!
Calories: 191,55 for one portion (recipe makes 2). Remember that the calories can vary a bit depending on your products and how big your bell peppers are.
