Its very strange how pro-mental health people will say "normalise depression! Normalise anxiety! Normalise taking meds/going to therapy! Normalise talking about these things!", and this includes struggling with those things (at least to a certain amount). But as soon as its a "scary" and/or less palatable mental illness its the opposite. "Stop normalising eating disorders and self harm!", "you shouldn't talk about psychosis, its upsetting!", they'll give you judge mental looks if you are ever too different
