And then you have... Self centered people shoving their own headcanons on to someone who has a different point of view just to prove their point, People still white washing the characters and making boring excuses, delusionally toxic shippers who will target you for liking something that others dislike, people that overlooks the obvious and still missed the damn point about the characters motifs, behaviour, opinions on other characters.
To top that double standard bullshit,
Peeps would sometimes headcanon some guy characters as Femboys or twinks AND GLAZING THE SHIT OUT OF THEM all while ignoring or not acknowledging the LADIES just so they could shove their boring ass " headcanon " on the twink's personality and physics by HOW they think a girl is like if it was envisioned on a fictional man. ( I don't mind the twink's and femboy headcanons but there are those peep that use that excuse to project their exaggerations )
This is a translucently unending cycle for many fandoms unfortunately.
