as most of you know, i was diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma, which is the most common type of skin cancer. about a month ago, i had my first cycle (round) of chemotherapy; all my hair is gone. well, almost. and every day i lose more and more hair, from my scalp to my eyebrows, to my arms, to my legs. i’m scared to be seen because i’m afraid of what people might think but i need to understand that this is out of my control. thankfully, the chemo was stopped due to my body reacting badly to it and was prescribed a chemo-based cream. hopefully it does wonders and does it’s job and i’m in remission sometime soon. hoping for the best, never expecting the worse. wish me luck, guys.
