Our company is fully insured and uses only the most up-to-date biodegradable insecticides and poisons. All our technicians are BPCA/ADAS certified.
As we are one of the smaller members of the BPCA (British Pest Control Association), we are able to offer customers all the accompanying benefits of membership, but at a much-reduced rate.

Fogging Disinfectant
Fogging is a mist of disinfectant with very fine particles that has the ability to get into cracks and crevices and is a very cost effective way of cleaning a property fast.
We use a specialist disinfectant that can be used in offices, schools and private homes to help in a situation where the treating of surfaces against airborne pathogens is needed. Less
Ant Spray
Worker ants will frequently enter dwellings foraging for food, particularly sweet substances. While not a risk to human health, they can be present in sufficient numbers to cause a nuisance.
Bed Bugs
Bed bugs bite at night. In most bed bug infestations bed bugs will not be seen, the only evidence being the bites.
Bed Bug Heat Treatment
Heat treatment works by applying steam under pressure to the areas where bed bugs are infesting. The heat in the steam kills the bed bugs.
Bed Bug Heat & Insecticide Treatment
With a heat treatment a very high percentage of the bed bugs are killed immediately while with an insecticide treatment the bed bugs have to absorb the insecticide and then die.
Bees
If you have a bee nest you will probably see bees entering a hole in the ground, wall or roof. Where they nest often depends on species. It may not be necessary to destroy the nest for the treatment.
Bird Proofing
It is often necessary to prevent birds (usually pigeons) roosting & nesting. In the case of pigeons this is usually done by netting or spiking.
Cluster Flies
If you have a cluster fly problem you will notice dead, dying or live flies around windows or in loft spaces. You may even see them sunning themselves on outside walls.
Cockroaches
Cockroaches are mainly nocturnal so they are more likely to be seen at night. They are most commonly found in kitchens, laundry rooms, boiler rooms - anywhere where high temperatures occur.
Foxes
Foxes are an increasing nuisance in towns. Mange is carried by foxes which can be picked up by dogs but more seriously Roundworm is a parasite in foxes that can cause blindness in children.
Fox Repellent Application
No consultation needed. In some cases repellents can work it depends on how desperate the foxes are to be in an area. If hey have a choice then repellents can make them move to another area.
Fox Shooting
Shooting is the preferred method as it is more cost effective, achieves better results & more humane. Shooting is done at dusk.
Fox Trapping
When trapping is carried out we ask the customer to check the traps twice a day & occasionally tip food into the trap. The customer must then call the office as soon as a fox is caught.
General Insects
Common insect bites here in the UK can be from mosquitos, ticks, horseflies, midges or gnats, bed bugs, mites, fleas or spiders.
Insect Identification
We can identify most pests through customer photographs, if not we send them to Killgerm labs to be identified.
Ladybirds
These are a pest that 5 years ago we would have no enquiries or jobs for. Now they are a more common occurrence than a pest with similar behaviour, the cluster fly.
Loft Insulation Removal & Installation
We offer a service to remove contaminated or damaged insulation and to install fresh new insulation.
Mice
You may see, hear or smell a mouse problem or see other evidence such as burrowing in insulation or soil or see the droppings. They are commonly heard in loft spaces or sources of food.
Mole Trapping
Mole traps are set in the runs. The draw back with traps is that often they have to be moved if the the mole starts tunneling in a different area.
Mole Gassing
Mole runs are treated by putting a fumigation tablet of PHOSTOXIN (brand name is Talunex). This relies on moisture in the soil releasing the gas so is not suitable in dry conditions.

Pigeons were domesticated by man over 5,000 years ago for food, pets and racing. Over time escaped domestic pigeons have evolved into the modern feral pigeon that inhabits our towns and cities.
Rabbit Gassing
Gassing is the most cost effective method of control that shows immediate results.
Rabbit Cage Trapping
Rabbit trapping using live catch traps can be an effective way to control rabbits either as an addition to other forms of control such as gassing and trapping or just on it’s own.
Rabbit Shooting
In some cases shooting may be an option. It is usually done best at dusk or early in the morning.
Rats
You may see rats, hear them, smell their urine, see or suffer the consequences of their damage or see dropping or gnawing. Luckily most rat problems are outside.
Rat Problems in Sewers - Sewer Valve
A large number of rat problems stem from sewers. Breaches in sewers under buildings can be costly and time consuming. These valves are a cheap alternative to digging up a sewer to fix a breach.

We can film the sewer for a distance of up to 3 metres to detect breaches around the external wall/sewer entry point.
Solar Panel Proofing
With the increase in properties having solar panels fitted there is also an increase with birds (especially pigeons) nesting under the solar panels.
Squirrels
The most common complaint about Squirrels is when they take residence in a loft space. They can make a tremendous amount of noise and usually are much more destructive than rats or mice.
Wasps
If you don’t treat a wasp nest it will eventually die out but before this happens the nest will produce approximately 100 fertile Queens that will hibernate and start nests the following year.
