the end.
I started my Tumblr on April 21, 2011, when I was a high school freshman. It has been an outlet for me for over seven years. My blog is where I went on the best and worst days of my life. I blogged about my first love, my first heartbreak, quitting cheerleading, my first days of college, studying abroad, and even growing apart from all my high school friends. In a lot of ways, my Tumblr was there for me when no one and nothing else was. But the more that life has changed over the past seven years, the less time I found I had for my little blog. School, work, relationships, and my own wellbeing have become a bigger priority for me. I had set up a queue to post five things a day, but even that became too time-consuming. At this point in my life, I feel it is time for me to go inactive. I wanted to say an enormous thank you to the 383 followers who have been with me on the journey. Whether you followed me in 2011 or yesterday, I appreciate your support more than you’ll ever know. I also wanted to thank my high school best friend, Laura. We had a hideous falling out and I doubt you even still follow me, but if you do read this please know you were the reason I started this so many years ago. So thank you for providing me with this outlet. And lastly, I would like to thank David Karp, the creator of Tumblr, because none of this would be possible for any of us without him. And one last time, from the bottom of my heart, thank you ❤️
