Hey friends! We are Hannah + Chelsea, the creatives behind Burlap/grace. We have had some new followers around here so we thought we would take today to share a little about us and B/g. We are two gals that have a love for all things PNW and a passion for bringing you home goods that inspire you to open your home and heart to others. You can usually find us with a cup of coffee in hand as we pair Pendleton wool with the perfect leather or plan our next adventure to a local coffee shop. We are committed to giving back thru B/g and are inspired by the work being done thru @forward_edge in the lives of young women in Nicaragua. For every product purchased, a donation is made to the work being done in Nicaragua. We love hearing how other small businesses give back! Do you have a favorite creative biz that gives back?! Got to visit a gem in the Brooklyn Neighborhood off of Milwaukie Ave. yesterday. "A family focused & community friendly" historic district, Hazel & Pear is a great addition! We're loving exploring neighborhoods in Portland this summer that we have never gone before. With a sweet park across the street and a chill cafe and co-op next door, Hazel & Pear is the perfect afternoon outing. You're sure to find something to walk out with, whether it be a new treasure, vintage find or something for your kiddo. Goodbyes are most often bittersweet and this morning is no different. @hannah_ferrell hubby is flying out today and will be gone two months as a part of his med school rotations. We are definitely thinking about you girl!! ❤️
