Oh my gosh I sound like a jealous bitch when it’s completely my fault that I don’t have friends

Every friendship ended because of me. I push people away too much, I have this expectation of a social life that is so unrealistic I treat people like accessories with probably no regards of their feelings. I don’t know what’s wrong with me but I turn my back on my friends so much like I wake up one day and start to hate them, we were so close and now I can’t stand being around you and then I overthink too much about if the people I love truly love me back. I over analyze every little detail every tiny micro expression then push you away if I there’s any sign of dislike. I’m so afraid of being this annoying clingy person that nobody likes. (I don’t think I explained this part very well. I sometimes assume based on the tiny details in interactions that people do not enjoy my presence as much, but keep me around because it’s the polite thing to do. I don’t want to be that person who’s constantly begging for attention even though it’s clear you’d rather be talking to someone else) It’s not like it’s anyone fault either. I’m dry as fuck and probably weird as hell too. I’m too afraid to show any emotions to the ones I love in fear of being rejected, I’m too socially inept to show emotions to the ones that could actually love me back. I don’t know what my problem is, I don’t know how to explain it but I can’t keep friends. It feels like I’m pushing everyone away because I am and I hate that. I haven’t talked to my best friend since last month, I barely talk to the friends I have now and I somehow wonder why do I feel so empty. Why do I feel like I have no one to turn to. It’s because you don’t. I wish I was normal and don’t overthink everything or analyze everyone or fear being too weird or too boring. I wish I didn’t feel jealous when I watch the people I love interact so passionately with each other.

It’s like whatever I do I feel like I don’t have a group of people that gets me. And when I do I push them away. The girl I look up to has an awesome group of friends. They’re all so sweet and popular and everyone loves them and thinks they’re cool, I love them too but I can’t help but to hate how strong their friendship is. No one gets left out, everyone’s comfortable being themselves. Man I hate fomo.

Side note it’s also my fault, I keep changing so much and now I have nothing in common with the people I used to be close with
