ELARA'S DESIGNS - BUNNY MOTIFS USED FOR ADVERTISEMENT, BRAND SYMBOL, ETC.
Human!Elara studied fashion design along with business & marketing, as stipulated by her father prior to his passing ; and there WAS the intention of her stepping into the CEO role of his financial conglomerate but she had such a LACK of interest in even the NOTION of that. Upon his passing, she became the SOLE heir but has decidedly taken a step away from the corporate world in order to pursue her own goals ; with someone else stepping in as a placeholder of sorts ( either temporarily or permanently, though she has no intentions of taking up the responsibilities ).
Elara is quite INDEPENDENT, so she was determined to make her own way in life with no help from the Clarion name or fortune. She has always had a passion for sewing, altering her clothes, designing FANTASTICAL dresses, skirts, corsets, etc.
Most of her custom pieces are ELABORATE ; as per her own style, her designs are very dramatic, eye-catching, and MEANT to draw attention. They're costume - focused, not particularly for everyday wear to most, and she DOES enjoy making the sexier pieces for anyone who wants something particularly striking. Corsets, lingerie, dresses, she loves to design all manner of garments. She spends hours upon hours on a single piece, so she wouldn't take a heavy flow of orders, usually, and her KNOWN style can be rather pricey depending on the materials used.
She also alters clothes upon request ; jeans, skirts, whatever anybody would like to make a little more UNIQUE, she is happy to order in the chosen article and alter it. She relishes existing outside the norm ; don't fall in line with the masses, be different if that's what you wanna do!
Her dream is to one day open an ACTUAL shop, but her online business suits her just fine for now -- she can work from the comfort of home and is under no pressure yet to bring anyone else on board to help with the workload.
She HAS received a lofty inheritance but rarely does she ever turn to that, preferring to work for her own income.
In her modern settings, she has social media to help her bring in a stream of interested customers, too. She DEFINITELY slays on T.iktok & I.nstagram.
*** Her SK / IT verse in particular, she DOES work as a seamstress in a shop in Derry but has her own side business, corresponding via letter and telephone with returning clients that LOVE to order from her ; there aren't many designers quite like her, seeing as she initially established herself in the 60s. Once becoming immortal, though, she would rebrand under a pseudonym of sorts, not allowing people to ever see the woman behind the BUNNY ( heh ). Let me tell you, too, that Elara THRIVES in the modern world, she adapts to the changes through the decades so well.
***In most human settings, she does possess a SHINE of sorts, and interaction dependent, she DOES help with any supernatural issues, be it speaking to spirits or exorcising demons. This is a side hustle more than anything, she doesn't actually really do it for the money or rewards ; this is purely to use her ability for GOOD. The only exception would be her main IT!self, whose abilities mostly pertain to reading aura & emotions.
She still has her business across all human interactions ( had, in the case of TWD verse, but she still repairs clothes! ).
