This week in running...
3 runs (not yet done today's) and two strength workouts. One i did in the treadmill because the weather decided summer was over and i couldn't mentally deal with wind and rain and holding a specific pace.
I had a great catch up with my coach on Wednesday and she answered my really trivial questions (should I buy special running undies) and reinforced that I'll be able to do this.
I've an easy 10k to do today and then I'll be putting my feet up and reading my book.
