This lasts 4-8 years on average and doctors are fucking useless.

The good news is when it FINISHES you can't get pregnant anymore and you'll have finished cougar puberty.

For the same age range welcome to Andropause, you too may get chunkier, suffer low energy, depression and sadness (also a symptom of perimenopause but so is basically everything), erectile dysfunction, reduced fertility and low libido as well as other symptoms.

No, it's not as bad as perimenopause but you should still be on the alert and ready to look after yourself as you enter your bear phase.
