I really relate to this post by A Chalkboard A Day, years ago I went from over 300lbs down to 210lbs, but I still thought of myself as fat. Now, as I’m struggling to lose weight from hydrating at over 400lbs, I’m at 320lbs, with a goal of around 250,.
