IRIS? (bubblyinventorâ):
{ đ§ } âI knew it! Your clothes totally gave it away! Genuine Khuraâinese fabric, huh?â The girl cheered, smiling without a care in the world. âHolmesie taught me how to be really good at guessing!â She continued. When the man asked why she was on her own, and where her âtutorsâ were, she just kept smiling.
âOh, donât worry! Holmesie is nearby! And my house isnât very far from here! Plus, I can protect myself! I have lots of cool inventions to keep me safe if I need it!â She said, pulling out a gigantic weapon from who knows where. However, she seemed to only want to prove a point with it, because she quickly put it away again.
âBut anyway, enough about that. Itâs nice to meet you! My nameâs Iris Watson! 10-year-old inventor, author, and medical doctor! I know lots about London, so I could help you find your books if you want!â
genuine khura'inese fabric? perhaps it was not that common outside of his kingdom, he hadnât been paying all that much of attention to how everyone else was dressed. â holmesie⌠â he mindlessly repeated, it seemed that whenever he had to interact with a child he became⌠dull, bland even. â i suppose you are taught well at school, or outside of it- not many people recognize khura'inese fabric unless one points out the common patterns used on it. â
he grew alarmed when he saw such a big weapon being handled by such a young child- (kids just keep getting weirder, man!) but he remained serene, it was a characteristic part of the âprosecutor from another landâ and all the training he had would not go away at the sight of an oddly sized weapon. â i wonder if i should be worried about this⌠i suppose not. are you a child prodigy? they seem very common in europe. â some of his coworkers fell onto that category, so truly there was nothing to be surprised about.
â how did you manage to become a medical doctor at your age? â honestly, there was not much that he could ask that would receive an answer that made sense to him. a few seconds passed⌠and soon, he noticed the last name he had just heard- wait, it couldnât be her⌠could it? â i am searching for a couple of books written by someone named watson- would you happen to be the same person, young miss? â
{ đ§ } âOhhhh, youâre looking for those books!â Iris said, seemingly coming to an immediate conclusion, simultaneously ignoring the manâs question about how she received her MD. âYup, Iâm the one who wrote them! All of them! I have copies of all of them back at my house, if you wanna come with me! Iâll even give you a special sneak preview of the book Iâm writing right now! Like I said, my house is right nearby, so we can just head over there real quick!â She was clearly very excited to meet someone who was a fan of her works.
It was then that Iris realized she forgot something very important. âOh, right, right! Whatâs your name, Mr. Prosecutor? If youâre gonna come to my house, I should at least know that much, right?â
