the swede furrowed his brow and gave a tilt of his head as he regarded the other with a puzzled expression on his face , “ i’m sorry , what ? “ even rune was having a hard time wrapping his head around the statement , “ you’re telling me you’ve been sleeping with married men and keep getting  caught ? “ he chuckled lightly as he pulled out his pack of cigarettes , “ no , you’re obviously right , i’m sure it’d be a lot easier if they openly told their wives they would rather stick it to a dude. “ 

       an empty wasn’t hard to come by on a campus this size. this one was laced with a garish nineties theme, her miniskirt checked, her t-shirt sloganned ( à la britney spears ), butterfly clips trapping back her hair before it spiralled out in babyliss kiss curls. she could swear she just heard boom! shake the room mixed with cypress hill but what the dickhead in the hawaiian-shirt was mixing on his turntable was the least of her concerns when she was planted in rune’s lap. 

what had started as a childish game of red hands had in the high of white lines and liquor had now led her onto his knees, breath catching in her chest. quick as a fox her hands darted away from the slap of his own, laughter on her red wine lips as she declared it a free turn. a lunge, bridget slipping against his lap as her hands caught his wrists, tugging his arms out like a crucifix. “ha,” she hummed, a hiccup passing her lips. “so, rune. if that’s even your real name—” for a girl who was often so aggressive in her attitude to men, she unravels like fabric without thread whenever given an opportunity to lose her head. 

her hips rocked ever so slightly against rune’s, tracking his responses with a glint in her eye. she’s a loose canon of a girl when drugs or alcohol or the prospect of forgetting’s concerned and as her hands dropped to free his wrists they focused their attention instead on his collar, thumb running over the veins of his neck. “d’you think i’m pretty?”    @brtprnce

nineties hip hop was something rune had always been keen on , so the fact that the party had a theme didn’t bother him so much. he had spent way more money on the authentic adidas track suit , snap back , sneakers , and several gold chains hanging around his neck than was probably necessary but any excuse to spend money was a good one for him. the two of them looked like they could be extras on the set of clueless as bridget sat atop his lap and they played slaps. 

the swede scoffed as she was able to evade his reach and capture his wrists instead despite being so intoxicated that she was nearly fall from his lap. he arched a brow at her and lolled his head to the side as he regarded her , kind enough to cooperate with her hold on him , “ if that’s even my real name ? why the hell wouldn’t that be my name ? “ he rolled his eyes playfully and was quick to pull his wrists from her grasp in order to keep her hips steady as she tried to grind them down into his. 

there were approximately a billion reasons why this was a bad idea, the most prominent one being how, even as familiar as he was with rune’s attentions, this still elicited an involuntary response, face growing warm under his touch. “i — i don’t know, i’m kind of busy right now,” he lied, aware it had been too hesitant to be anything but transparent. he’d basically invited him to hang out himself, so there wasn’t really any way he could think of to back out without having to give some awkward explanation about something he wasn’t sure he understood himself just yet. “though i guess i have time for like, one drink. i haven’t been to that fancy bar you like so much in months, is it even still open or did they finally get them for money laundering or whatever it is that keeps them running?” he offered, figuring it was a safe option. there was nothing wrong with going out with a friend, no matter how many times they’d fucked in the past, he was pretty sure about that. as long as he didn’t do anything stupid, like getting drunk inside an apartment, it should be fine.

        ‘ just stop a minute. ’ not a request but a command, punctuated by the raise of ivy’s hand into the midday air. legs stretched out catlike from the bench. her eyes darted back only a moment to shut the book in her lap. capital, volume iii. not much of a read, it was dry enough to make her weep. when her eyes came to meet the passerby’s again it remained on their features, studying them. ‘ sit. tell me, what’d you dream of last night? i dreamed that my teeth fell out again. ’

levi: seems unrealistic

rune: what a lame answer

rune: okay fine , you tell it to me and i'll tell you my favorite this time. so , next time i can tell it to you and you know my favorite story in case i ever want to hear it.

levi: its not the first word that comes to mind tbh

levi: i kinda feel like im being lied to i bet u dont even know any stories

rune: what is then ?

rune: come on , would i lie to you ? i totally knows bed time stories , not like i didn't have a childhood at all jeez
