i know! what im getting at , i guess, is that im not great at creating scenarios w/ him?? or answering Simple Questions because im worried about doing something dumb and basically inconsequential wrong? and the longer i go not being able to do that the more i overthink my drafts and the worse i feel about not having them finished, and its making me really anxious + kinda bumming me out. and at the same time im disappointed i dont wanna just leave this all here to rot + feel bad about ]]
((how comfortable do you feel w/ like, IMing the other mun like “hey in my reply I wanna say ____, is that wrong/okay/dumb/etc”? maybe that’d help you get past the worry of doing something wrong if you don’t have to keep Thinking about whether or not it’s wrong but can actually double-check with the other mun before posting? I 100% do not mind getting check-ins like that from other muns before they reply, and I’ll often make check-ins like that myself. I know that the thought of that is too anxiety-inducing for a lot of folks; but if it’s not for you, that’s an option.))
((summoning up scenarios is harder, admittedly. I’ve found that doing standard “hey you’ve reached ____, what’s your name and whaddaya want” greeter posts for new followers helps a lot when I’m not feeling creative; Hubcap is a comms mech, it’d probably be pretty easy to establish something like that with him?))
ive done it a couple of times, so it’s not Terrible but when i come to the conversation w/out anything significant to offer i feel like an ass, which is a whole different anxiety deal.
