I have a theory what will happen in the next episode and I’m so fucking scared because the evidence keep adding up 🥲

the unholy family dynamic and storyline will forever remain the best written tragedy ever. louis, claudia and lestat are doomed as a family even before claudia is turned and we know that, watching the story unfold you understand at some point that the outcome will be the same no matter what. you can sympathise with all of the characters at different times because we get to see their motivation and thought process behind every action, thus it’s impossible not to see that there was love between the three characters. of course love isn’t always pretty and it’s not always enough. love doesn’t change the situation, justify every action or magically become solution for everything. but it does make the story even heavier and meaningful and personally I will forever see louis, claudia and lestat relationship as the best and most profound depiction of a complicated family dynamic

I understand that the claudia scene serves as the ending of the chapter but I sincerely hope that at some point in the future we will have a scene (or a mention of it) of louis and/or lestat burning her diaries and her dress because I truly believe that it would ease the suffering of claudia’s spirit even if just a little and it would be right to honour her last wish

ngl my biggest fear due the brutal love performance was that lestat would look at/sing for gabriella just once but thank god this never happened 🙏🙏
