Back in my Brewin' Days

Hello, my name is Tiffany Sabroso. I am a hospitality student at the University of South Florida in Sarasota. I am currently working as Garde Manger and a Pastry Cook at Cassis in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg. I must say that I do really enjoy beer, perhaps too much, but  I can’t say that I am the most knowledgable on the subject. This is why I took this course essentially to find a greater appreciation for the oh so awesome beer. This blog will follow my journey through this course. I hope you enjoy!
