Mommy to One

Things are as hectic as ever. I'm still busy with school this summer and chasing around a toddler. A toddler! I still can't believe my sweet little girl grew so quick. And I'm still working as much as I can.

I know I fell off the face of the planet but once Tumblr killed everything we mutually enjoyed there was less of an incentive (that might not be the right word...) to log in.

Since I've been gone the last few months I figured an update was due.

I'm doing well- as is Vee. Finals are creeping up as always but Sam and I are managing. We're both taking summer session to make up for the two quarters we collectively took off after I gave birth.

Miss Vee turned a year old near a month ago and she's so big! She's not walking yet but sometimes she'll pull herself up in a table. She's still getting bottles but also eating other things as well.

Anyway, we're happy and doing well. No date yet for the wedding but that's not as important as being a mommy or making sure my baby is happy and healthy- and yes she's vaccinated so we aren't worrying about the measles outbreak.

I guess this really marks the end of an era. I'm assuming that in the coming weeks that my account along with yours will be be stripped and for that I'm sorry.

When I started this account I could have never have anticipated the success I would have. My other more personal account that I've had for years and still continue to use has never done as well (which I am completely fine with) and I'm so grateful I was given the chance to reach so many people.

Thank you so much for these past few years. You've followed me from being a virgin, to my first time, to suddenly being pregnant, to giving birth, and having a fiance- very soon to be husband. It's been a whirlwind and I wouldn't change anything.
