Everyone talks about time management, which is cool and all, but what's more important to me is project management. Everything we do should be working toward achieving some type of goal. And going out of our way to do things that will inspire us. As creatives, we need to see stuff. We need to hear stuff. We need to experience stuff. It's pointless to just trap ourself in a room and "make beats all day" and think that alone is going to get results. Of course that's important, but don't feel bad taking a day or even a week off of creating music to go out and see the world and experience sh*t. Do something you've never done before. You don't want 5 years to go by, wasted thinking you've been "grinding" when you really could've used that time more wisely. I really believe in that. (at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania)
