so how do you remove yourself from a situation you put yourself in? like, hypothetically, you moved back in with your ex despite knowing you two were on unstable ground and you can feel a big huge fight on the horizon all because you didn’t invite ex/roommate to your birthday party sleepover at your friend’s house, the same friend said ex complained about relentlessly, and because you expressed that you wish they would have tried to make your birthday less about them and more about you and that made them upset because you are never appreciative of what they do for you and all the effort they put in that is just never good enough. so now it’s starting to feel more and more unstable and unsafe to be in your own apartment because you’re afraid they’re going to lash out at you again just like they did back in march and then continued to tell you it was your fault because they were just reacting to what you did.
