From his perch on Vah Medoh, Revali could see that Ganon had finally been vanquished. A weight felt like it was lifted from his shoulders as Vah Medoh cawed in truimph. His duty was fulfilled. He could peacfully pass on. Revali's thoughts drifted to you. Of what he'd done 100 years ago to protect you. Maybe now he would be able to see you once again. Of course, he thought, you'd probably hate him with all of your being but at least he'd be able to gaze upon your beauty once again.There was the sound of a cough behind him and he jumped at the sound. He spun around to face whatever intruder was stupid enough to board hs Divine Beast. Shock coursed through his system at the sight before him.It was you. Looking the same as you did on that day 100 years ago, save for now being wreathed in the etheral blue flames of a spirit. He only thought that they added to how beautiful you looked. Revali went to take a step forward but paused when he saw the look of pure fury on your face.He watched you take slow steps toward him and almost expected a hug. What he didn't expect was the slap that seemed to echo through the emtpy sky. Even as a spirit, Revali still apparently felt pain. With a wing held to his throbbing cheek, he looked at you in disbelief."That was for 100 years ago." Your voice was steady and edged with anger. "I-I didn't mean the things I said! I just wanted to protect you from feeling hurt when I died." He pleaded. Revali physically jumped back when you exploded."I DON'T CARE IF YOU DID IT TO PROTECT ME! YOU BROKE MY HEART AND LEFT ME! IF ANYTHING I FELT EVEN WORSE BECAUSE I GUESSED WHAT YOU WERE DOING WHEN I GOT THE NEWS THAT YOU HADN'T SURVIVED!" After yelling at him, your heart felt lighter than before. Holding a grudge for 100 years was tiring."Then why are you still here? You should have passed on by now, there's nothing keeping you in this world." Trying to keep his own voice steady was a challenge; he'd not expected you to feel worse after he tried to save you from the pain."Because I still love you. I waited for you this whole time." Your voice took a softer tone as you admitted this. Revali was flabbergasted. Even after all the extra heart ache he'd caused you, you'd still waited all that time for him? Before he could try to embrace you, you held up a hand."Don't think that means I've forgiven you, I haven't. It just means that I think we can work past this and maybe be together again? Only after you've made things up to me." Depsite the cirumstances, Revali smiled."I'm alright with that." He heart fluttered at the sight of you smiling again, oh how he'd missed that smile. You both started walking, side by side."Hey, it took you long enough to get your spirit free. I've been so bored waiting for you.""It isn't my fault! Blame Link, he's the one who had to wait 100 years before showing up!"

Champions risking their lives to save s/oMipha-pulls her s/o after her into another part of Vah Ruta-leads the Blight away from her s/o so they can hide-ends up pushing her s/o out of the way of one of the Blight's ice attacks and gets stabbed when she's trying to stand back upUrbosa-the Blight doesn't even get time to look at her s/o before she's attacking it furiously-gives s/o her shield to defend themselves and fights with just her schimitar-ends up getting electrocuted at the opposite end of Vah Naboris from her s/oRevali-picks them up and tries flying them to a safe hiding place up on Vah Medoh head-takes care of the Blight's drones first so they don't find his s/o-gets distracted by looking for his s/o (cos he lost sight if them) and gets shot out of the skyDaruk-uses himself as a shield with Daruk's Protection-eventually gets s/o to go inside of Vah Rudania where it's much safer-he's already tired from using Daruks protection so much earlier so when the Blight attacks, he brings it up too late and gets stabbed by a red hot sword

Anything you can do, I can do better (Revali)-oh boy this is exactly something Revali would do with his s/o-it happens extremely often too-they're always challenging eachother to different competitions and s/o started singing this one time-Revali didn't know the song so they have to teach him-afterwards he will not stop singing it anytime s/o does something-bake a cake? He's there. Knitted something? He bursts into the room screaming it at the top of his lungs

-tends to talk for them in conversations if they don’t want to-will always find an excuse to get them out of any situations they’re uncomfortable in-suggest they practice talking to a dummy -encourages them whenever they do something out of their confort zone

Drunk s/oMipha-worried they'll trip over and get hurt-sticks close to s/o so no one takes advantage of their drunken state-the best person to have with you when you have a killer hangoverUrbosa-probably a little tipsy too-will join s/o on any drunken adventures they decide to go on-before helping s/o with their hangover she'll tell them 'I told you not to drink so much'Daruk-challenged s/o to a drinking contest and feels bad when they end up getting the worst hangover-enjoys all of s/o's drunken rambling-keeps s/o in his line of sight so they can't wander off and get attackedRevali-he's just as drunk as they are-makes sure people know him and s/o are together so no one tries to make a move on them whilst they're drunk-tries to help s/o with their hangover but it doesn't really work as he's also hungoverZelda-treats s/o like a child whilst they're drunk (she doesn't know how else to handle it)-lets s/o do their own thing -has no idea how to help with their hangoverLink-uncomfortable-tends to watch over s/o from a distance rather than up close-sympathetic for them when they wake up with a hangover

How they act around s/o (Link)-in public he's the same as always-quiet and rather distant-but it's only because he doesn't want you getting targeted by any of his enemies-meanwhile in private he is so touchy-always with a hand around your shoulder or waist-will also talk a little but not much until he gets comfortable with you-can get super giggly and hyper

Fluffy Relationship headcanonsSidon-loves picking his s/o up-so many surprise kisses all the time-the best big spoonTeba-likes cooking for s/o, he's a surprisingly good cook-soft feathers make the best pillow-secretly loves holding s/o's hand in public but is too awkward to really ask

Cheering up sad s/oKass-gets sad when he sees that s/o is sad-plays a bunch of goofy, over the top songs to try and cheer them up-if that doesn't work then he'll spend some time cuddled up to them and try to comfort themTeba-his first response is to ask who made you sad so he can go fight them-initially rather awkward about things and suggests doing something to take their mind off of the sadness-he's a very good listener if s/o wants to talk about things and if not then he's ok with just sitting quietly with them

Reckless s/oMipha-please don't do this to her-she has a miniture heart attack everytime she sees you go to do something dangerous or you come back hurt-questions why you would even enjoy risking your life for these sort of thingsUrbosa-may or may not join you in some of your endeavers-although she definately draws the line at something like a Lynel Rodeo and asks the guards to keep on eye on you when she can't-admires your courage but wishes you would stop sneaking off whenever she isn't lookingRevali-he loves you but wiLL YOU PLEASE STOP TRYING TO RIDE A LYNEL!-goes with you to make sure you don't die and somehow ends up agreeing to actually join in with whatever you're doing-has joked about putting you on a leash so you can't run off and do the dangerous things when he isn't aroundDaruk-probably thought you were joking about doing these things at first then got super worried when he saw you go through with something-always tries to suggest something that will give you the same adrenaline rush but is significantly less dangerous-he just wants you to be safe please stop scaring him so much

Ok to clarify, this is the closest I'll ever get to writing anything nsfw-Mod SugarHiding the pain (Sidon)-he doesn't notice them hiding it at first-he's too caught up in what he's doing-when he hears them try to stifle a sob however-immediately stops, stares at them in disbelief for a second then starts asking worried, frantic questions-feels so bad for hurting them and tries to make it up with the best aftercare; cuddles, kisses, food you name it -makes sure that s/o knows that it's ok to ask him to stop next time they are hurt-makes sure s/o is comfortable and feels safe-doesn't go to them next time it's mating season, if s/o wants to help they have to go to him

Meeting future s/o at a stable (Link)-was bringing in another new horse and saw them lounging around outside-almost walks his horse inside the stable because he was so distracted by looking at them-sits next to them and tries to look at them without it being obvious-it's super obvious and everytime they look back at him he goes a little bit more red-cooks something and purposely cooks too much so he can give them some-it becomes a tradition for them to exchange food when they meet-they see eachother at other stables and start talking -link never gets over how cute they are

Belated Birthday (Link and Zelda)The sweet aroma of freshly baked pastries brought Zelda to her senses. The sun was already streaming through the window and blinding her, meaning that Link had let her sleep in. With a sigh of contentment, she sat up and stretched, wondering what the special occasion was. Link was pottering around on the floor below, humming loudly. Moving to look over the small railing, Zelda caught sight of the source of the smell which made her mouth water. A cake. Not just any cake but Fruitcake. The very same as the one she'd loved 100 years ago. Trying to walk quietly down the stairs was futile. They creaked and groaned with every step and she could tell that Link knew she was there. He'd stopped humming and was now hurriedly arranging something. "Link. What are you doing?" His response was a low grunt and a quick look over his shoulder at her. After spending so much time toether, Zelda knew that this meant 'please wait'. She was still amazed at how well she could read his body language.He turned suddenly, a large grin adorning his face and one hand hidden behind his back. Gesturing to the table, Link waited for Zelda to sit before he produced a crudely made card and a bouquet of flowers; Silent Princesses to be exact. Zelda took them, more than a little confused. "As much as I appreciate this Link, I must ask. Why today?" He seemed to laugh a little at this, thrusting the card into Zelda's hands. On it, the words 'Happy Birthday' were written in Link's familier handwriting. Zelda almost gasped out loud as she remembered. It was her birthday. How could she forget?Link was laughing silently, his shoulders shaking and eyes sparkling. He moved to the other side of the table and pushed the still warm Fruitcake toward Zelda before taking a seat. Zelda smiled softly at him."Thank you Link. This was very kind of you!" He grinned at her once again, moving to cut her a slice of cake. However, he was interrupted by a knock on the door. Zelda went to reach for her weapons but Link held up a hand to stop her.He opened the door to a large red Zora, followed by the Queen of the Gerudo, a Rito warrior and the Goron champion's decendant. Sidon was the first to speak."Happy Birthday Princess! Link told us of the date and we couldn't miss out on such a splendid day with you!" Zelda laughed out loud. This was perhaps the most interesting birthday she'd ever had and it wasn't even noon yet.

Coming out (Sidon)-a little confused at first as this isn't something he's really dealt with before-after you explain (and tell him your pronouns if they're different to what he knows) then he's 100% supportive-if he has to refer to you by a different name or different pronouns it may take him a while to get used to it-always apologises for every small slip up-a good person to help deal with dysphoria as he's always reassuring you about your identity and complimenting you in specific ways (i.e you're the most wonderful girlfriend/boyfriend/partner a zora could ask for)-if anyone misgenders you on purpose or is rude about it Sidon will most certainly start yelling at them
