Need advice... We (Boss Cellular) took over the failed Boost Mobile store on Orchard Mesa, 7/1/16 & were waiting for the previous owner (Larry) to peel the old Boost Mobile vinyl off the back lit sign so we can replace it with the new Boss Cellular graphics. In the middle of the night, Larry (old Boost Mobile store owner that still has a store on North Ave), came and black spray painted the whole lexan sign black, using his existing vinyl like a template. Now it's impossible to remove his Boost Mobile store letters from the sign at the store we're paying rent on and have converted to Boss Cellular. Larry didn't own the sign he vandalized and we left his vinyl up as a courtesy until the new Boss Cellular vinyl decal was ready (instead of just letting his customers think he went out of business all together). We've tried hard to not step on his toes and have continued to send him Boost Mobile customers who just wanted to pay their bill & continue service with Boost. Any suggestions to prevent this guy from vandalizing our store(s) again without filing a police report and causing him legal problems? There are plenty of customers to go around and we're trying to keep from getting him in trouble but for a full grown man to be vandalizing store & playing games, I'm not really sure how to best handle this.
