Cucurucho ear twitches, and their neutral expression immediately moves to a smile.
“Hahaha.. hello!”
she jump around a bit
“hi cucurucho! how are you”
Cucurucho quickly takes out a book, writing their thoughts down before giving it to her.
"I AM DOING WELL, AS USUAL. HOW ARE YOU, JAIDEN?!"
and she reads the book lets her wings puff out
“i am also well! thank you!!” she says, smiling
Cucurucho smiles more,
"THAT IS GOOD TO HEAR. WHAT BROUGHT YOU HERE TODAY..?"
she stares at the wall, silent for a moment
“oh… i don’t know.. i just. wanted to see if you were here”
Cucurucho nods, and takes a moment to think.
"WELL, SINCE YOU ARE HERE WE COULD HAVE TEA. IF YOU WOULD LIKE."
her gaze lingers, but she looks back at cucurucho and her smile widens
“i’d love too”
“Hahaha.. ok! ..F-fOllow me!” She says, a slight stutter in her voice command as she changes the line. She begins walking off down the corridor, assuming Jaiden will follow.
she follows her closely. or.. as closely as she can without crashing into her 💗
Cucurucho eventually takes a turn, and then enters what looks like a common- albeit a little fancy- company break room, holding the door to let Jaiden in.
They motion towards a couch for Jaiden to sit down on as they move to the counter to prepare tea… They realize they don’t know what type of tea she likes.
Their ear twitches, and they quickly grab the box of assorted teas, moving back over to Jaiden and pointing at the list of flavors to ask which she’d prefer.
she skims over the list before finding, then pointing, to her favourite
Cucurucho nods, and moves back towards the counter. They prepare the tea, and bring a saucer of sugar cubes along with the two cups back over to the table.
Cucurucho hands Jaiden her cup and sugar cubes if she wants any before sitting down across from her. They don’t actually drink any of the tea. Just watch politely.
jaiden takes it happily, and quietly starts sipping
“…so… what have you been up too?”
Cucurucho pulls out a new book, writing for a moment before passing it off to Jaiden.
"I AM TAKING CARE OF A NEW ISLAND RESIDENT. THE FEDERATION HAS PUT AN EGG UNDER MY CARE…"
jaiden pauses, her smile momentarily turning into a look of shock
“you have an egg? that’s amazing!!! can i meet them???”
Cucurucho furrows their brow slightly, unsure.. They take a moment to think, finally sipping their tea to make this pause seem less awkward.
"…Not today. But yes, I will visit you the next time we go out.. Soon, if that’s okay."
Cucurucho didn’t like this promise, and didn’t know if they intended on keeping it, but they didn’t let that uncertainty slip into their appearance. They smile.
she smiles back
“of course, i’ll be looking forward to it!” she says, taking another sip of her own tea
“Hahaha.. yes” cucurucho replies, smiling wider. They swirl their tea with their paw, but do not take another sip. Instead, they pass the book back.

Cucurucho quickly takes out a book, writing their thoughts down before giving it to her.
"I AM DOING WELL, AS USUAL. HOW ARE YOU, JAIDEN?!"
and she reads the book lets her wings puff out
“i am also well! thank you!!” she says, smiling
Cucurucho smiles more,
"THAT IS GOOD TO HEAR. WHAT BROUGHT YOU HERE TODAY..?"
she stares at the wall, silent for a moment
“oh… i don’t know.. i just. wanted to see if you were here”
Cucurucho nods, and takes a moment to think.
"WELL, SINCE YOU ARE HERE WE COULD HAVE TEA. IF YOU WOULD LIKE."
her gaze lingers, but she looks back at cucurucho and her smile widens
“i’d love too”
“Hahaha.. ok! ..F-fOllow me!” She says, a slight stutter in her voice command as she changes the line. She begins walking off down the corridor, assuming Jaiden will follow.
she follows her closely. or.. as closely as she can without crashing into her 💗
Cucurucho eventually takes a turn, and then enters what looks like a common- albeit a little fancy- company break room, holding the door to let Jaiden in.
They motion towards a couch for Jaiden to sit down on as they move to the counter to prepare tea… They realize they don’t know what type of tea she likes.
Their ear twitches, and they quickly grab the box of assorted teas, moving back over to Jaiden and pointing at the list of flavors to ask which she’d prefer.
she skims over the list before finding, then pointing, to her favourite
Cucurucho nods, and moves back towards the counter. They prepare the tea, and bring a saucer of sugar cubes along with the two cups back over to the table.
Cucurucho hands Jaiden her cup and sugar cubes if she wants any before sitting down across from her. They don’t actually drink any of the tea. Just watch politely.
jaiden takes it happily, and quietly starts sipping

jaiden pauses, her smile momentarily turning into a look of shock

Cucurucho furrows their brow slightly, unsure.. They take a moment to think, finally sipping their tea to make this pause seem less awkward.
"…Not today. But yes, I will visit you the next time we go out.. Soon, if that’s okay."
Cucurucho didn’t like this promise, and didn’t know if they intended on keeping it, but they didn’t let that uncertainty slip into their appearance. They smile.
