Hello, hello, hello, fellow strangers! I'm blu3-j---also known as Mahliah Fox---but you can call me J. I love keeping my hands busy with many different creative media, but I mostly draw and write. (At least, that's the majority of what I'll be posting.) I have a few fan works of both types. I use this to show off what I'm proud of and/or say random things that I would like to send off into the endless abyss of the internet! Things to Keep in Mind:
Don't be shy about requesting! I do my best not to judge, and if I do, you'll never know. You shouldn't need to know, regardless!
If you don't know what I'll take as a request, ask me! I'll gladly answer. I'd prefer if you asked rather than not, so please don't feel nervous to do so.
I can, however, deny requests. I'll simply just not do anything with them. I won't talk about them on my blog posts, I won't show anybody, nothing. Please don't ask about requests you've already sent in and if I'll do them. If I will, I'll get to it eventually. (With my current situation please know that for the past...two(?) years I have not been working on any requests. If I post any, it's simply because I randomly felt like it. For those that have been waiting that long, I thank you greatly for your patience.)
I have my own life filled with busy-busy events! I may take a while to get to things, and I may occasionally not have requests or commissions open. I also have to take care of myself and mental wellbeing. I will do my best to keep you all updated on commissions and requests. Personal updates are if I feel like it and if I'm not feeling too terribly vulnerable about it. I'm a very closed off person when it comes to anything dealing with my feelings, haha!

When I turn into an adult and start finding myself changing my eating habits.
-Suddenly noticing just how incredibly greasy a lot of food is and all the lingering feelings and aftertastes it's leaving in my mouth
-"Why is everything so sickeningly sweet nowadays?"

-The unbridled desire to learn to make every single food I enjoy just so I can make as much as I want with paying less 90% of the time and am able to add as many veggies and seasonings as I want to the dish (ARFID is also a bitch and motivates me even more so on bad ARFID days I can still eat full meals without getting sick)
I recreated a recent interaction my boyfriend and I had. I think he sometimes forgets how weird I am. But hey, he knew what he was signing up for when he told me he loves how he isn't always able to tell what's going to come out of my mouth next!
Side note: No, I don't want to actually feed him like a baby bird. It's just a silly little thought that sometimes comes across my mind when this happens, haha!

It's my first year participating, so I may not do a whole lot until I get a flow going. I also have yet to post a number of my OCs on my profile. Currently, I have Cherry, Calcifer, Mary, Serenity, Darius, Owen, and Zinnia.

Sometimes I like to enrich the doggos by taking a handful of their dry food and tossing it across the yard before setting them loose to go search for the kibble bits
I'm genuinely so terrified of existing because it means occassionally making mistakes and accidentally making people mad sometimes.
I just have to remember to be patient with myself and remember that my desire to change and grow and become a better version of myself means I have to make those mistakes sometimes. I have to be awkward, I have to apologise and educate myself, I have to face the fact that, yes, I made a mistake. And while I can't change what happened, I can become a better person for it.
Maybe it doesn't always matter if I'm automatically a completely good person or be or do enough. Maybe I just need to want to aim to be a little better version of myself today than I was yesterday.
