Dunno if I should be impressed or worried that I somehow manage to post a ganonthot almost every day. If you mean awkward in the sense of amount of food he will eat versus a normal person, yeah that could get awkward really quickly, sitting there with your inferior normal portion of food and he's there eating enough for 3-4 people. I think Link and Zelda could match him though. Takes a lot of food to power heroes and magical girls you get what I mean?
If you mean awkward in the sense of small talk, hell yeah lol. If Ganondorf doesn't have some prepared speech for how he's going to intimidate you or unsettle you or remind you that he's going to be the king of the world I think he would just not talk. And I think the latter scenario could be even more awkward because like. Why are you not saying anything? What are you thinking? At least when he's talking you know what's on his mind. His silence is more off-putting.
It would be really funny if he hated loud chewing noises. Or even funnier, if he was the source of loud chewing noises :P

it really pisses me off when adults sit there and drill it into kids’ heads that their youth is fleeting and tell them things like “enjoy your childhood while it lasts because this is the best it’s gonna get”. why are you telling children that adulthood is the worst thing they can experience? seriously what the fuck is wrong with you, why are you trying to make them feel like growing up is a fate worse than death? trying to convince them their life is over before it even begins? i’m tired of that shit. because tell my why my 12 year old cousin told me when she turns 30 she’ll be so depressed she’s just gonna cry all the time. what the fuck. kids don’t need to hear that their already stressful and overwhelming lives are never going to get better, that the abuse and lack of autonomy they face is apparently the highlight of their lives. they need to hear about adults who are happy to be alive and happy to have made it to their age. they need to know that growing up rules, it’s a gift and life does not have to suck for them, that they have a future that’s worth sticking around for. this rhetoric is so damaging mentally and i’m about to start hitting the adults who parrot it. i’m sorry you hate your life but you don’t get to dump your issues on these kids. don’t piss me off and leave these babies alone!

Finally got a chance to watch Markiplier's take on Iron Lung. I have to say, for an independent movie entirely funded by him with his character being the one on screen like 90% of the time, he did a pretty good job. I also liked the revisions to the story that were done for the movie, because I don't know if the game's story one for one would have suited a movie well. I do wish some of the lore was explained a bit more, but I suppose it's not so ambiguous to the point that you can't come to a reasonable conclusion on your own. Also, I know that the point of the woman's voice in the speaker was to also invoke a sense of unease and dread but it was very hard to understand her at some points. That being said, the overall sound design of the movie was excellent. I watched the movie with my headphones on and it was so good.

My friend Wesal (@deemagaza) doesn't speak English. The only way she can find her way around the English internet is by using Google Translate or ask others like me for help. It is very difficult for her.
Yet she has no choice but to do so for her daughter Farah, almost sixteen now, who is autistic and has a kidney problem that - without treatment - makes her deficient in potassium, which, if it becomes too severe, can lead to cardiac arrest.

Farah's medication has become unavailable in Gaza, which has endangered her life and means she has to be treated in the hospital, which is costly and where they are running out of resources as well. Farah's case has now been referred to the WHO to be transferred abroad. If the opportunity for evacuation arises, we must make sure the funds are available!
