The life support systems on the ship are shutting down. Everything is shutting down. Your planet will die– your entire star system will die. They'll never know how close you came to saving them.

You think about Grace. Is his ship dying too? Or is he on his way home, none the wiser to your fate?

It's never done that before so I looked it up and turns out Roku TVs have added all sorts of creepy things in the privacy section since I last checked.

One of which being they take screenshots from what you're watching and send them to third parties to identify it.

Fucking hell! Remember when every fucking device in your life wasn't a spy implanted in your home and working against your interests to try and sell your data? Remember how nice that was??

Remember when the TV was just a tool that would play the things you plugged into it?

(Somewhere in London, right after it’s stoped raining in the early morning. It’s still dark out but the sun is just barely starting to rise)

Sherlock: you can’t keep putting yourself in danger! I can’t lose you.

John: Aren’t you the one who died?

Sherlock: not the point John.

John: I think that’s exactly the point.

(Pans out to both of them including their reflections in a huge puddle. There’s pinkish lights coming from a store as the sun continues to rise)

Sherlock: no it’s not. You’re more important, you’re-

John: I’m what Sherlock?

Sherlock: …

John: IM WHAT?

Sherlock: everything..

(Pan to both of them again. John looks confused)

John: what?

Sherlock: YOURE EVERYTHING JOHN WHAT DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND?

Sherlock: YOURE EVERYTHING! EVERYTHING TO ME!

(The sun is peaking out between the buildings, everything is bathed in a warm pink light)

John: *starts to laugh manically*

Sherlock: what funny about this?

John: haha good one Sherlock. You almost got me. There’s no WAY you want ME back.

Sherlock: *a look of painful understanding crosses his face*

(Pan to both of them)

Sherlock: no John I’m not joking with you.

John: aren’t you?

Sherlock: NO!

Sherlock: I DONT KNOWHOW TO BE ANYMORE CLEAR JOHN! YOU ARE EVERYTHING TO ME!

John: you could try “I love you”

Sherlock: now that’s a bit boring isn’t it?

(Pan to both of them smiling as the sun breaks over the rooftops. Then they walk to eachother and kiss)

But. BUT. BUT.

When I asked them if it would be okay to print stickers from the banner, they not only said yes, they also DESIGNED A LOGO and sent me sticker files!!!

Honestly, I am so floored, these look SO GOOD. Thank you so much, @barachiki, I appreciate your artistry so much.

You’re so welcome for the nomination! Bara sent me my header (thank you!!!) and asked me who I thought needed some some fandom appreciation. The retreat was the first one I thought of.

I knew it was the tenth anniversary, and the few times I have gone have been some of the best holidays I have ever had. I don’t write much, but the immense kindness and insistence that I come anyway and contribute my thoughts and art work have made me feel so welcome. It’s not just a writing retreat, it’s an escape from the insanity of reality for a few days, to live in that happy little fandom bubble with people I love and not feeling overwhelmed with the intensity of a convention.

And the amount of work and time that goes into making it happen is SO INTENSE and I just wanted y’all to know that I RECOGNIZED THAT, we all do, and am pleased as punch that Bara has donated sticker art as well!
