Went for a run earlier today. The whole time I'm pushing and thinking to myself, "why am I keeping this pace? This is stupid it's not like I've got a time line. This is stupid I could stop." Then I get a little pasty goal and my house is in sight then suddenly I hear "Get your a$$ over here!" Who is talking to ME like that?!? I start to get my walls up and look across the road I see these 2 beautiful ladies! Kathy & karen! Haven't seen them in a minute so it was absolute pleasure to catch up for a bit. These 2 ladies are some of the many that helped solidify my job at Journey Fitness 333! Sooooooooooooo a couple of months ago I asked @ocrslayer if he would do a #trifectaweekend with me. He said yeah the closest one, both time travel wise, was in west Virginia it would've happened June 6th (I think). Then the apocalypse happened and to be honest I thought I was #SOL on the idea. Then he and a couple of other friends reach out and say hey #spartan race is doing a giant #virtualrace. May 31st was the weekend. Thusly my chance. Next thing I knew it was me @ocrslayer @profparadox @deannasaurusx and my girl @whiskygirl79 all doing this trifecta weekend together. Some honorable mentions include @jhowland6802 @thowland1975 @abrown06 just to name a few. I felt so inspired I came up with a V.R. Spartan workout. Went running yesterday and found this really sweet spot. I like #fantasy, #scifi, all that jazz. So when I find a cool spot where it looks like some mythical creature is going to pop out and ask for my help, I get pretty excited! Unfortunately like all things that seem too good to be true, it was. I finished the route and right above my head was one of those yellow posted signs. No trespassing yadayadayada persecuted blahblahblah. Worst of all, there wasn't even a quest back there. I did find a really cool sword tho.
