After a brutal weekend I wanted risotto for comfort. Alas, I’m out of arborio rice. So, I winged this using leftover #lentilpasta and farrow pasta. Sautéed onions and oak mushrooms. This was heaven in a bowl. Dinner. Mushroom risotroganoff. (at Hartstene Pointe)
