I made software in Java that controls the Arduino instrument. It can play the Arduino using the buttons or using the 1,2,3,4,7,8,9,0 keys on the keyboard. Will release it as soon as I can compile it.

Here is my idea for an instrument. This is still a rough idea and will probably have a few changes. My one fear was that the magnets on the nails would interfere with the magnetic strings but this is not an issue as the strings are not magnetic. Please leave me any suggestions. Some of you might have noticed that the pin numbers in Arduino do not exactly match up with the channel numbers. ie, When you toggled pin 1 with

digitalWrite(1,HIGH); // turn it ON

nothing happened.

Paste this above the “setup()” then you may use the channel names instead of pin numbers.
