romanticize your life. i cannot stress this enough. use scented shower gel and shampoo, so you look forward to showers. go on walks and see how pretty the sky looks. notice the wildflowers on the roadside as you drive. light a candle when you get home to make your room smell good. notice & appreciate the little things in life. it won't cure your mental illness, but it'll make it easier to exist in this world.
"it won't cure your mental illness, but it'll make it easier to exist in this world." i needed this. thank you.

SUPER FILLING 50 Calorie Spicy Miso Noodle Soup 🍜
Ingredients:
-1 bag of shiritaki noodles (30)
-2 tsp miso paste (20)
-1 cup water
-sriracha sauce
-lemon pepper
-garlic powder

All you have to do is heat everything up on the stove in a small pot on low heat. I recommend rinsing the noodles first and heating them up in the microwave for 1 minute so as to minimize the taste!
I just ate this for lunch and now I’m super full! You could definitely save half of this for later if you can’t finish it (: Feel free to add veggies if you like!
Hello, so, I'm on college and I have lunch there, the problem is that, it's not an option, so I wondered, what can I have for breakfast and dinner that are low cal, so I can loose weight easily? Thanks Btw yoy blog is so good, is nice to see that there are options, other that not eating anything :)
Hey thanks for sending in an ask, I love answering your questions and hope to help you a little. Also thanks for that last sentence it’s exactly what I made my blog for :-)
Breakfast
First off, to anyone reading this NEVER skip breakfast, really. You’ll hear it everywhere and it’s so important to not skip it as your energy of the day depends on your breakfast. It’s also incredibly bad for your heart and raises your risk of type 2 Diabetes. It also affects your cognitive thinking and something lots of people might not be. aware of is that breakfast doesn’t make you lose weight, on the contrary it will make you gain and more likely to binge throughout the day.
So enough of that, just ought to let everyone know.. now to the foods:

Salads for dinner are a very good way to end your day and you can choose between many different options. From fruit salad to tomato salad it’s always a good option.
Alright that’s it for now, it was quite hard finding anything for dinner so I hope this was enough. Also sorry I didn’t realize tumblr posted that before I was wondering where your ask went just haven’t figured tumblr out yet. Please do send in another ask whenever you’d like and stay safe and wishing you all well for college! xx
Uhhh hello? My dinner was amazing and filling and comforting and healthy and only like 200 kcal INCLUDING the salad and dressing? Sharing because i‘m always struggling to find recipes that actually feel like a whole meal and not just.. half of one (the bowls are huge even if they don’t look it). Some of the ingredients I used are German but i‘m 100% sure there’s an equivalent in any country.
Ingredients:
Shirataki noodles (I used a whole package of the kajnok slim noodles) - 16 kcal.
110 Grams of Sea shrimp (I used frozen ones but I’m sure fresh works too) - 75 kcal.
1 teaspoon (around 8g) of green curry paste (I used the bamboo garden one)- 11 kcal.
1 garlic clove (around 4- 5g)- 6 kcal.
5g Coconut oil (not obligatory but recommended)- 45 kcal
One stem Spring onion (around 12g)- 5 kcal.
40g field salad (you can probably use whichever) - 6 kcal.
80g cocktail tomatoes- 12 kcal.
25ml readily made Balsamico dressing (I used a german one but it’s not low cal or anything so I’m sure you’ll find an equivalent anywhere-or you could make your own) - 22 kcal
Lemonjuice, parsley and ground black pepper to taste.
Total: 158 for the noodles, 40 for the salad, total of 198
Steps:
If frozen, rinse the shrimps and set aside for half an hour.
Chop the garlic and spring onion while heating up the coconut oil in a pan.
Sauté garlic, spring onion and shrimps together in the coconut oil.
Add green curry paste and let it release its flavor.
Rinse the shirtaki noodles (according to instruction on the package) and add them to the pan.
Stir everything together and add lime juice.
Garnish with parsley and black pepper.
For the salad: just mix together the salad and chopped tomatoes and add the dressing (you can add some of the spring onions here too)
That’s it! It was really filling and satisfying, kind of like a guilt free pad Thai!
Hope you enjoy if you decide to make it for yourself! 🥰

If you get really intense cravings for mexican food like I do, ive made a recipe for low cal AMAZING enchiladas:
This recipe makes a TON of food, I used an 8x8 pan and made 4 giant enchiladas and still had half the ingredients to make another pan. So you could half this recipe easily.
Sauce: 3 medium tomatoes- 66 1 red bell pepper- 24 3 small peppers (of your choice) 45 5 cloves garlic- 20 ½ tsp cumin- 5 ½ tsp ground red pepper- 5 salt to taste
Dice all ingredients and bring to a boil in a pot. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 mins. If you want a smooth sauce blend in food processor.
Filling: 2 6in yellow squash- 60 2 6in zucchini- 60 1 small onion- 45 1 bell pepper of your choice- 24 5 cloves garlic- 20 2 tsp taco seasoning- 20
Saute onions and garlic over medium heat until onions become pretty soft. Add squashes and bell pepper and simmer until squash is just tender. Mix in cheeses if you want.
Cheeses optional mixed into filling: I used 1 cup low fat cottage cheese (160) and ½ cup low fat shredded Mexican (160). I know cottage cheese sounds weird but its so good and way lower calories.
To fill:
Cover bottom of pan in light layer of sauce. I used low gluten whole wheat tortillas(90) dunked in the sauce and then filled and rolled in and 8x8 dish. Bake at 325 for 30 mins.
ENJOY! Each enchilada is only 180 cal, is SUPER filling.
Chia Pudding 🥣
Nutrition Facts:
250 kcal
14,5g Protein
15,4g Carbs
14,9g Fat
Ingredients:
30g Chia Seeds
250ml Unsweetened Soy Milk 🥛
Instructions:
Stir the chia seeds into the soya milk using a whisk.
Let the Chiapudding swell for at least 30 minutes, better overnight in the refrigerator.

Note:
It’s just a basic recipe. Of course you can add toppings as you like.

Looking for a low kcal dessert????
Tired of the sweet air you eat every meal alongside your diet cola????
Well look nowhere further!!!!
This amazing comfort meal comes with ONLY 90kcalories!!!! It's so creamy and yummy so if you like things like porridges and pudding you'll probably love this too!!!
Ingredients:
💗1 apple(130 grams)~ 68kcals
💗2 tsp flour~21kcals
💗Sweetener(optional)
💗Cinnamon
💗Vanilla extract(optional)
So you're gonna start by cutting apples, peeling is optional(I like the chewiness of the peel). Put them to boil with a 1/2 glass of water and sweetener. Sifting, add flour and mix. It's done cooking when it's reduced to your liking(if you like it more creamy and dense you keep it on the fire for a bit longer). Also as the mixture starts to get creamier, mix it until its done or its going to burn and stick to the pot. After putting it in a bowl add spices.
This is soo good everytime I crave sugar I make this.
guys. holy shit.
stop sleeping on baby snacks!!!!! it sounds weird, but gerber cereal puffs and yogurt melts are super low cal and delicious. apart from fruits and vegetables, these are my go-to when i need a snack or on a low calorie day. i'm surprised this isn't already a thing within the ed community because it's a lifesaver.
I used to eat banana puffs on break at work when I first started restricting and I always got the side eye for it 😭
