SAM: dude.

SAM: you're gonna make me want to say corny stuff like MAKE LOVE so I hope you're willing to sneak out of the blanket fort at some point

SAM: we will always, always want you with us.

SAM: you're the missing piece of the puzzle.

[NEEDS A MOMENT]

BLAINE: you're going to make me cry if you keep it up.

SAM: as long as you don't mind an izzy in the middle.

SAM: YES!!!!

SAM: we can all sleep in the fort.

SAM: I'm sure.

SAM: Izzy's a good kid and she'll be excited if we say it's a sleepover.

[HE SWOOOOOONS]

SAM: stay here tonight.

SAM: please.

SAM: I more than like every part of you, babe.

SAM: a lot of making out like EVERYWHERE

SAM: moving in together so izzy knows you're part of a team that's not going anywhere

SAM: buying rings when you're ready for that 💍💍

SAM: adding Evans to your name so you never, ever need to worry about someone not knowing we're together

BLAINE: ...I like the sound of every part of that.

BLAINE: I like every part of you.

SAM: good. I have a lot of plans for when I get better at this stuff.

SAM: I could push you away on accident too much.

SAM: the thing that scares me the most is worrying I'll lose you.

SAM: I don't want you to feel like I haven't changed.

BLAINE: I know you have.

BLAINE: and I know you're scared.

SAM: it's not selfish to want being with me to feel real. it's selfish for me to hurt you over and over when you deserve better.

SAM: love isn't supposed to come with a bunch of rules about when and where it's okay for you to kiss me or hold my hand or whatever.

SAM: I want to have you and have a family and we can't do that the right way if I'm holding everything back.

BLAINE: you're right. love is supposed to make you feel really, really good. and you deserve to feel that.

BLAINE: I want everything with you. I always have.

SAM: give me time to tell the important people my way so it's not like

SAM: yeah, that's totally me making out with Elmo's BFF in the cereal aisle at whole foods.

SAM: (except that doesn't seem like the worst way to come out now that i'm reading it back)

SAM: Mostly I need to tell my parents and I'm seeing them for what will probably be the last Christmas izzy and I get to be there.

SAM: soooo ok I'll shut up in a second but the point is

SAM: I promise to kiss you on New Year's Eve. like... right smack in the middle of Times Square if we can pull it off.

BLAINE: I'm not trying to shove you out of a closet here, just so you know. that's not what I want and I never want you to feel like that's what I'm doing.

BLAINE: I want you to have all the time in the world to come out to whoever you need to come out to, however you want to come out to them.

BLAINE: but you have to do it because YOU want to.

BLAINE: and you have to do it because YOU'RE ready to.

BLAINE: it wasn't fair for me to get mad at you about the party. I knew i shouldn't have asked but I was selfish and I wanted to go out wth you.

BLAINE: I care about you. and I want you to be happy.

SAM: if I promise you something, can you promise to believe me?

SAM: I'm so sorry.

SAM: I never should've pulled you back into all this.

BLAINE: no, don't

SAM: you don't have to think it's my fault for it to feel that way.

SAM: I've never felt like enough for anyone so I really don't want you to think that when you're better than perfect.

SAM: I just got so nervous about what to say if anyone asked.

SAM: I mean, I know we've done dates and stuff but we didn't talk about... official things yet.

SAM: I don't even know if you'd want that now.

BLAINE: of course I want that.

BLAINE: I've always wanted that.
