For a long time i havent made any art.. actually all year.. i got rejected from the animation school that i wanted to go to, for the fourth time.. so i guess i just lost my passion.. And i know, the rejection of the school should'nt break my self-esteem as an artist, and i should figth on! find even more passion! wich i used to do all the other years before this one. But it just hit me terribly hard this time for some reason.. I have felt kind of lost without my art.. i allways draw, its part of me, its what i love to do the most! And not having drawn for so long, actually made me kind of scared of drawing again.. And it made me feel kind of beside myself.. But the other day.. i suddently felt a little spark of inspiration. And as it turns out, i can still draw, my skills has not left me. So I made this little character. Her name i Nella. she is cute, soft and fun to draw. I feel like drawing again! And hopefully i wont get put out of commission like this anymore. because drawing Nella, i suddenlty felt like myself again.

Im currently making my portfolio for the animation school i want to get into (same stuff like the last couple of years..)I am really proud of how this turned out and felt like posting it! Voodoman is a new character ive come up with. He is essentially a live scarecrow. He got the name because he kind of look like a voodoo doll, though he has absolutely no voodoo related powers. Voodoman is the kind of person who will order a meal, even though he can't actually eat it. because its the principle of it that matters. i imagine him having a really deep voice, and speeking kind of roughly.

I got really inspired by another artist who drew him without his hoodie on, i don't really know thier name since it is in Japanese.
