Just finished the Psychic power table. I think it works for both Hermit Purple and Heaven's Door. Criticism is appreciated if there is any.
Level 1
Scrying - Once per day, your stand can scry basic information from a piece of evidence. Given any sort of connection to a desired subject or event, a scrying stand can answer any question in the vein of who/what/when/where/why/how. This answer is simple and basic to the GM’s discretion.
OR
Kinesis - Your stand can move objects within its maximum Range, weighing up to what its user can. If a physical task would require the user to make a Strength check, the stand may do the same with a Wisdom check of the same DC.
Level 2
Read Mind - Your stand can gain basic information on someone within its effective Range. Non stand users do not get a save, but stand users get a Wisdom save of DC 15 to resist. The information gained can be anything from their personal information to their secrets to memories they have. Level 3
Suggestion - Your stand, once per day, can suggest an action to any foe. Non stand users cannot save against this, but stand users can take a Wisdom save of DC 15 to resist it. This suggestion cannot make the target do something they vehemently disagree with, nor can it command them to do something that would bring them harm. The victim will be unaware of the suggestion and will simply carry it out as part of their normal actions, subconsciously.
Level 4
PsiBlast - Your stand can attack the enemy with a powerful psychic energy blast. Once per encounter you may attack with a ranged attack that automatically hits. This attack does an additional Xd6+3X damage, where X is the number of attacks your stand normally gets. This is done instead of a normal volley of attacks.
Level 5
Dominate - Your stand can begin a battle of wills to control and read the mind of an opponent. This works automatically on non-stand users. Stand users get a Wisdom challenge to resist. Stands can be controlled in this way as long as the user consistently wins the Wisdom Challenge. This can happen once per day and can last up to an entire encounter.
