“To protect yourself from a negative coworker, get a small picture of the person. Take an egg, and punch a hole in it. Remove the insides of the egg, and put them in a cup, being careful not to break the shell. Take the empty shell put one-half teaspoon of salt into the hole, and shake the egg. Roll up the picture of the person aggravating you, and put it into the shell. Place the shell in a clay pot, and put small pieces of mirror in the pot around the eggshell. Cover the pot, and put it in a safe place where no one will disturb it. Eat the egg you extracted from the shell. Use no oil or butter to cook it, but you can add a pinch of salt. As you eat the egg, say: ‘This spell I cast responsibly. Your harmful thoughts will mirrored be, and fall on you, not on me.’”

I’m going to do this as soon as I can find mirror pieces. I’ve been dealing with an extremely toxic coworker lately and it’s reflecting poorly on my emotional well-being. 

Stir your beverage/food/etc counterclockwise to banish negativity.

Speak fondly to your plants to help them grow

Charge something by holding it in your hands and thinking of happy thoughts and joyous memories

When cleaning, visualize you are collecting negative energy and throwing it out of your house.

When cooking, trace sigils on or above the food 

 Dry clothes out on a clothesline to charge with sunshine

Open up curtains/windows/doors (if weather permits) to let sunshine in to create positive energy in your house.

Instead of spells or incantations, take quotes from literature to use for your intent

You can use playing cards also as tarot cards

A necklace works just as well as a pendulum

Keep a small pot of dirt to bury spell objects or for offerings. Remember to take items out after awhile if not biodegradable and to keep space freed up
