The Romanian commentators couldn’t find any good English or Dutch food and so they brought a german bratwurst for the after game commentary
A goal AND a penalty in the first 20 minutes?? They’re spoiling us
I love the Romanian commentators, now they’re eating tortilla de patatas and speaking semi broken Spanish
The romanian commentators raising the turkish flag and eating kataif and giving advice on how to cut it

I’d rather eat rocks with shards of glass as condiments than watch a final between france and england ❤️
Hey, uefa overlords, please bring back Germany and Türkiye and kick out france and england thx <3
Just give the cup to Own Goal at this point
the romanian commentators said that we should support the netherlands so that we weren’t beaten for nothing and to that i say hell no i need to see england try to contain türkiye and not only that but now I’m an avid netherlands hater ❤️
how are arda guler and kenan yildiz only 19 😭😭

my commentators when turkey scored: INCREDIBLE AKAYDIN FINALLY SCORED IN THE RIGHT GOAL 😭😭😭
I wouldn’t want to have to go to sleep early in Germany today if turkey wins
seeing dumfries being tripped makes me seethe with joy after what he did to hagi and mogoş in the game against romania
it hasn’t even been 30 mins and it’s already better than what we’ve seen with the “favourite” “powers”
turkey no matter what happens you’ve been the most entertaining and you deserve the world

Lexi is living the dream
I relate to her on a spiritual level: always in the shadows, been the only one with nothing going on romantically when left and right people are always experiencing love and talking about sex and whatnot. She’s not a wild like everybody else, but at least in comparison with them, she feels real, because her struggles are real. She can be awkward, introverted, she can talk too much and say stupid things or never says the right thing. She thinks too much about what happened over the day and wallows in regret for the things she could’ve done differently. She fantasizes about a different life where people would listen to her and understand her. She longs for something everyone else seems to have, but she is out of reach for her, whatever that might be.
Enter Fez.
The bad boy with a golden heart, the only one that can truly see her. She is different, out of his league, his world, and he knows it. I’m already talking as if they’ve been in love for 10 seasons, but I feel like their chemistry is off the charts. They can be good to each other in a forbidden, frowned upon sort of romance. He’ll show her the ways of love and be her first boyfriend. Never pressuring her into anything, worring about her and treating her right. And she’d see the good in him, maybe try to “fix” him.
I think every good girl that rarely ever got male attention (and honestly I don’t even know is sexual orientation matters, cause, well… patriarchy :)))) dreamed of this kind of boy. The boy people would whisper about and wonder what the hell he sees in her and viceversa. I still dream of bringing such a guy to my highschool reunion as if I have something to prove.
If this ship ever sails, it will be like a win for girls like us, like Lexi. But I still think it’s a beautiful fantasy, an impossible scenario nonetheless, because the bad boy with the golden heart and the good girl That Can Be And Do More never meet and fall in love.
Thanks for listening to this.
just got to see Dune and I have to rant
and not even about the movie!! the movie was everything i could’ve hoped for (i think what impressed me the most is how well the visions, the voice, Paul’s thoughts about the future were translated into a visual form; and obviously the ornithopters) i could go on and on about the film itself
but the people in that cinema!! there were about 6 people in the row behind me that would not stop chatting and doing literally anything else expect watching the movie. i hoped to see loud action sequencies just so i wouldnt have to hear them
someone said they didnt understand the spitting and Stilgar’s hand cutting in the cave and i’m like!! it’s right there!!
i personally read the first book but i feel like someone with no previous knowledge of the plot and universe can understand what is presented before them (this is also a sign of a good adaptation) but c’mon
