Mana is the student body president of her school and always puts others needs first to ensure they're satisfactory.

There are times Mana does feel selfish, but she never let her selfishness overcome her compassion to give out her love for others at a moment's notice.

Mana's perseverance to seek the good out of others is her strongest feat as a cure. She fights against the selfish consumed by their inner darkness manipulated by the Selfish Army. She fights to give Regina a new life where she can live in a healthier support system to express her feelings of empathy to make new friends.

Mana's overwhelming courage and unwavering love to fill your heart with light makes her a great role model.

Rikka is driven by her goals to be a doctor, a pursuit she idolizes from her mother. Rikka is resourceful always giving great advice and bringing Mana back on the ground to find other options, but most importantly her relationship with Mana stems from how far they risk to save each other in the toughest of situations.

Rikka knows in the future that everyone will go their separate ways, but it's the memories of her friends that keeps her moving forward both in hobbies and academic goals.

Rikka focuses on the now. Not focus on future anxieties.

Rikka is a shoulder to lean on for moral support of wisdom and diligence.

Alice is the Bruce Wayne of Doki Doki, the only difference is that her parents are alive. Gotham Knight aside, Alice has always put pressure on herself to be the diligent and refine young lady of her family's company. Alice puts restraints on herself out of fear of not being lady like and scaring her friends due to her physical strength caused by her anger.

Alice learns throughout the season that she doesn't need to restrain her anger. She can control it but she doesn't have to hide it. She can use her strength to show her ferocity, but doesn't have to be afraid to use her strength to protect others.

Alice is a refined young lady with an inner strenght honed by paitence. She must never be afraid to fight for what's right. Because the one thing that pushes her to be angry is when her friends are in trouble.

Alice will always be a lady, but a lady knows when duty calls to become the shield against foes harming the people she loves.

Makoto isolates herself from making friends. The one friend, Princess Marie Ange, was her only friend in her days as a singer and knight in the Trump Card Kingdom. Losing the princess, was the equivalent of losing the only family that she had left.

Makoto, much like her name Cure Sword, literally becomes a sword.

An unfeeing weapon to fight against the selfish monsters to hide away her grief in which she forgets the purpose of why she sings.

Had it not been for Mana and the cures, she would have lost her way losing the purpose to why she sing for people in the first place.

The Doki Doki cours is Makoto's second chance of forming a new family.

It's because of this, Makoto gain the courage to sing again to start a new journey in her new home.

Aguri grew up too fast. She's is princess Marie Ange's good half, a headstrong and intelligent young girl out to complete the mission to save a home she bears no memories. Yet the feeling to uphold her duties lingers.

Aguri never took the time to step back to enjoy the finer things in in life, she never steps back to make friends and hang out. She never had time to celebrate her birthday, not knowing the purpose of why she wanted a birthday in the first place.

Aguri never thought about anything personal and meaningful to benefit her personal growth at first, but over the course of the show when she does take time to get to know the Doki Doki cures and made friends with her classmates Aguri grew to understand why her attitude can be a detriment to herself and others around her. She learns to be a kid and enjoying birthday cake; fully understanding why her birth is a blessing.

Even when it's revealed by the eternal crown that she and Regina are two hats of the same person, she had to let go of her duties of fulfilling a prophecy to complete princess marie ange because her and Regina never once took the time to get to know eachother.

Their both kids, young girls, with responsibilities hanging over their heads not knowing what part of them is real.

Aguri is still learning. She's not perfect, and that's okay.

Aguri is flawed like everyone else. It's accepting her flaws that shows her the bigger picture to why birthdays, friendships and family are important. And that's what matters to her now.

Doki Doki is about girls going through everyday life taking on the responsibilities they placed upon themselves to fulfill their goals, but loose sight to why they place these burden on their hearts in the first place.

They can be selfish, arrogant if not bold to stand up for what's right to them. Sometimes they had to restrain themselves and other times they work together with others to achieve the impossible.

There are even times they have to let go of their doubts to face their issues head on.

Their compassion, love and selflessness for their themselves and others is what makes them unique.
