this only makes me wonder more
why is Sabine the only one who seems comfortable with the situation? Why didn't Randolph do anything for her, but instead made her the head of his dental clinic?
Sabrina doesn't seem sane to me. She seems manipulated, perhaps her mind suffered the consequences more tragically than her body. They all seem to have side-effects of Randolph's doings directly related to their job, so perhaps if there are any, they are hidden within her jaw, out of our sight.
Anyway, now to the headcanons:
Sabine likes to hum to herself when working alone. She thinks the silence is suffocating and much rather fills it with her favorite songs. Only that...she cannot remember many of them.
Sabine has two sisters and one brother, two of them older than her while one sister is her direct twin. They, however, shockingly look almost nothing alike.
Sabine has a cat tattoo on the bottom of her left wrist. If you know her well enough, she will reveal that this was once her own little kitten from her younger years, but she unfortunately died of old age a few months before she started at the clinic. She prided herself for being able to assist "Ms. Spots" to a high age.
Sabine also loves dogs, but she is unfortunately allergic to them. She loves to leave food out for the strays outside of the hospital, though. She just can't pet them.
Sabine loves the sound of rain, but not the feeling of it. She much prefers it where it's dry, perhaps with a hot cup of cocoa in her hands while she watches water pouring down from the sky.
On nicer days, she likes to stroll through the gardens on her break, smelling the flowers and picking up trash the patients may or may not have accidentally left behind.
Sabine currently has 3 cats, all of which are still in her home. As she had never returned from the clinic, her twin-sister, Annabelle, is currently taking care of them. Sabine misses them deeply.
Sabine broke her leg of a child and got it checked out a little too late as her parents did not believe that she was in as much pain as she said she was as she was still hobbling around and trying to stay active. As such, there is still some damage remaining in the area, leaving her leg to feel sore at times when going up and down the stairs all day. She manages that with ice packs and, occasionally, painkillers.
Sabine suffered from insomnia ever since she was a child. As such, she has sleeping pills at home, in her drawer that she takes when she needs them.
